How we work
As your business is unique we want you to be able to build a bespoke package that is best for you! We have a number of packages available and you can pick and mis the best combination for you business, and as a bonus, the more packages you choose, the more cost effective it is. Alternatively, if you want a more flexible approach to hours we can provide an ad hoc hourly rate where you pay for the minutes you use! Project rates are also available on request.

Billing is typically calculated based on monthly service packages, which are outlined in your contract. You’ll receive detailed invoices for your records, and payments can be made via bank transfer.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my service package?
Yes, you can. If your needs change, please contact your primary contact to discuss adjusting your service package. We aim to be flexible and accommodate your evolving requirements.

What are the office hours of Victoria Grant – VA Services?
Our standard office hours are Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. However, please note that we are flexible and can accommodate different time zones and scheduling needs as required. If you receive communication from us outside of your office hours, please don’t feel the need to reply until you are working!
